Kenny Bibace is a prolific jazz guitarist who has played with many of the top jazz musicians in Canada. Living in Montreal where he teaches jazz guitar and small ensembles at McGill University, Kenny has performed extensively both as a leader and sideman in Montreal, across Canada and internationally. Kenny’s unique style has been influenced by such jazz greats as Wayne Shorter, John Coltrane, and John Scofield. Widely recorded, Kenny has been featured on numerous Jazz CDs, including 2011 Juno award winner for Contemporary Jazz Album of the Year for Christine Jensen’s Treelines.
